For this poster the idea was to represent peace with metaphors.
I thought it would be interesting to represent a protest with different ideas of how peace could be achieved, using pawns as people on a checkered board to show how pawns, made to fight and sacrifice themselves, could fight in a different way to find peace.
I took many photos from different protests and edited banners out of them to add to the poster, then I took a photo of the sky from a stock photo site, and lastly, I got the picture of a 3D pawn. The dove I drove on Photoshop and the checkered board on Illustrator.
I edited everything else on Photoshop.
